Cafe on the Green is excited to announce the return of our seasonal Sunday Brunch!  Served every Sunday through April 1st from 11:00am – 3:00pm, our ala carte Brunch Menu is accompanied by a full basket of freshly baked muffins, breads, and scones as well as a complimentary brunch beverage!  Brunch only lasts until April so don’t miss out on your chance for a truly exceptional and unique experience!  We hope to see you soon!

At Cafe on the Green we are proud to announce the addition of the “La Verre De Vin”
wine preservation system to our restaurant.  La Verre De Vin is the only system
capable of effectively preserving an unlimited number of still, sparkling and
fortified wines.  It does this through the use of individual rubber toppers
that incorporate a non-return valve that allows the bottle to be re-sealed by
using a vacuum system to remove any air from the bottle.  For sparkling wines,
it inserts a metered dose of carbon dioxide into the bottle so the wine doesn’t
loose its effervesence.

Thanks to the addition of the La Verre De Vin Wine Preservation system Cafe on
the Green is now proud to offer two high-end wines by the glass every week. 
Starting today through next Friday, August 26th we offer you the following
selections:
Chimney Rock Cabernet Sauvignon, Stag’s Leap District Napa 2007 $19 glass….retails for $74 a bottle

Franciscan “Cuvee Savage” Chardonnay, Napa 2007 $14 glass….retails for $54 a bottle

Our Grill Room and Patio are open for the 2011 golf season, but you don’t have to be a golfer to enjoy our quality casual fare and beautiful outdoor dining area!
